General Policies

Wanderwell Studio is a creative space shared with other businesses. To maintain a clean and respectful environment, the following are not permitted:

• Illegal drugs anywhere on the premises

• Smoking or vaping inside Wanderwell Studio or the surrounding property

• Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives

• The creation of sexually explicit visual content

Renters are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. Fees for damage or excessive mess will be determined at Wanderwell Studio’s discretion.

Studio Care & Cleanliness

Please leave the studio as you found it - clean and organized. If the space is left dirty or disorganized, cleaning or damage fees may apply.

• Dispose of all trash properly, including food and drink waste. Remove any wet, sticky, or strong-smelling garbage when you leave.

• Glitter, confetti, and other small debris must be cleaned up before departure.

• Props, furniture, and equipment may be used, but must be handled with care. Please lift, rather than drag, furniture to prevent floor damage.

• Be mindful when using backdrops—cake smashes require prior approval, and cleaning/replacement fees will apply if backdrops are damaged.

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the studio but must be leashed or crated in shared spaces. Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage or mess caused by their animals.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol consumption is allowed at your own discretion. However, disorderly behavior will result in fines, possible removal, and law enforcement involvement if necessary. No underage drinking is permitted.

Security & Closing Procedures

Before leaving the studio, renters must:

• Turn off all lights and return studio to how they found it.

• Securely lock all doors.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Wanderwell Studio does not offer refunds for cancellations.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. However, rescheduling is not allowed within 48 hours of your booking.

• If you do not show up for your booked time, your payment is forfeited.

• Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. Overtime fees may apply if you exceed your booked time.

Liability

Wanderwell Studio is not responsible for personal injury or damage to personal property during your rental. By booking, you acknowledge that you assume all risks and responsibilities for yourself and your guests.

Failure to follow these policies may result in revoked booking privileges.

By booking Wanderwell Studio, you agree to abide by these policies and ensure compliance by all members of your party.
