LAID BACK IN HOME NEWBORN LIFESTYLE SESSION

Your first few weeks at home with a new baby are some of the sweetest, most peaceful, gut wrenching and exhausting weeks you will experience in your lifetime. As a mom of three, I know how overwhelming, chaotic, scary and yet at the same time - peaceful, serene, joy filled, and tender this season of life is. And how heartbreakingly fast it all flies by!

I am so honored when family's book a newborn session with me. To be a small part of this moment in these family's lives and to be able to capture it in time for them is something I do not take for granted. This sweet family welcomed their first baby right around Christmas time and he was an absolute angel during our session.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Mikenna! With only being a week postpartum she made me feel extremely comfortable and was great with our newborn. She was very punctual and wasted no time getting the perfect shots of our little one. She even had multiple outfit options for the baby and staged everything beautifully.
